1. Is 24artistry available to travel?
Yes. It is highly recommended to book well ahead of time so that travel arrangements can be made prior to the date of the job.

2. How soon should I expect a response for my booking or enquiry?
Typically, your booking or enquiry should be attended to within 24 hours.

3. Is 24artistry available for bookings on public holidays?
Yes. But bookings must be secured by paying the 30% retainer fee of the total service charge to lock the date in. Bridal bookings on the other hand must be secured by a 50% retainer fee.

4. How can I send PR giftings/packages for review?
You can contact 24artistry for details on delivery by sending an email to 24artistry@gmail.com.

5. I would love to do a test shoot with 24artistry. How do I go about it?
If you are an aspiring model/influencer or you just simply want to model for content creation purposes, you can send an email to 24artistry@gmail.com. This also applies if you are a photographer, retoucher, hair or wardrobe stylist looking to create fresh portfolio content.

6. Does 24artistry have a walk in studio?
No for now. Physical Services to clients are rendered on location or by home service.
